Routing & Escalation

  • Fit-Qualified: Routed to [Intake CRM] + Email to [Office Manager].
  • Escalation: High-urgency/Fit-A inquiries trigger a direct notification to [Partner].
  • Rollback Plan: Service can be paused or redirected to the legacy voicemail/form path within 15 minutes of notice.
