Purpose

Standard disclosure and diligence documentation for buyer teams to review security, privacy, and operational boundaries.

Diligence Summary

  • Data Flow: Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Subprocessors: Web3Forms (Form processing), Supabase (Database), Twilio (Communications).
  • Access Control: MFA required for all Meridian partner access to client data.
  • Retention: 30-day default retention for inquiry logs unless client requests specific deletion policy.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Final approval of all intake scripts and boundary language.
  • Designation of escalation contacts and routing destinations.
  • Verification of regulated professional obligations (Law Society / Medical Board compliance).

Acceptance Criteria

Launch is contingent on client "Go" approval of the Architecture Blueprint and Script Library.
