Meridian Intake provides intake infrastructure and operational support. We do not provide legal, medical, or professional advice. Our responders and infrastructure are designed to qualify fit and route inquiries, not to diagnose, triage, or clear cases for professional review.

2. No Professional Relationship

Submitting an inquiry through this website or through a Meridian-operated intake loop does not establish a professional client relationship between you and Meridian, nor between you and any of our clients. A professional relationship is only established through a direct engagement with the firm in question.

3. Representative Artifacts

Operating artifacts provided on this site are representative samples. Actual performance, recovery rates, and deployment architecture vary by client environment and volume.

4. No Emergency Use

Meridian infrastructure is not for emergency or crisis use. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

Meridian is not liable for outcomes resulting from client-approved scripts, routing rules, or escalation contacts. The client remains the ultimate authority for all intake decisions and regulated obligations.
